The Tarratine will be featuring:
- Empress 1908
- A premium Canadian Gin. Naturally purple due to the use of Butterfly Pea Flowers.
- Brokman’s Premium Gin
- A premium British Gin that goes against the traditional London Dry and promotes berry notes and fruity expression.
- McQueen and Violet Fog
- A Brazillian Gin, which gives you botanicals that you rarely see. Bosting of lemongrass, pomelo peel, orris root, and jasmine flowers.
- Haymans of London Old Tom Gin
- Old Tom style of Gin, going against the traditional dry gin, more sweetness, less juniper, and the original gin for a Tom Collins. Notes of bold citrus and juniper pine create a smooth and delicate taste.
Chef Ben will be creating small plates to complement our featured gins for a delicious experience.
The night will start out with a short social, then into the tasting.
Dave Makson from Damon’s Beverage will guide you through each gin’s tasting notes, while Chef Ben will guide you through the flavors of the small plates he has created to pair with each gin.
