Chef Cathy Speronis was delt a challenge recently…….and as usual she did not disappoint!
During a recent dining experience I was taken back by a dessert that I had never experienced….and have been dreaming about since.
The Irish Oatmeal Cake is a moist, dense cake made with Irish whiskey and has a broiled outer crust of coconut and walnut. We will serve it with homemade whipped cream…..yum!!!
